Stefano Pilati’s tote for the sixth Yves Saint Laurent Manifesto arrives in New York City next Tuesday, February 16 2010, just in time for Fashion Week antics. Two thousand of them will be handed out, free of charge, followed by similar drops in Paris, London, Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and, for the first time, Berlin. Inside the tote, the newspaper-sized Manifesto has all the Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin shots of Natalia Vodianova in the YSL Spring 2010 collection, not that the pixelated, strawberry-printed bag itself is not enough!
Very clever plug-ging from Pilati right in time for Fashion week, expect to see one on every second shoulder!
