Velour A/W 09-10 ‘Effortless Style’ Collection

For Autumn/Winter 2009–10 Velour rolls up its sleeves and pulls on a rural mix of Swedish farm meets refined urban lifestyle. This creates a vibrant contrast between functional wear and nostalgic romance. Functional details, like bellow pockets and metal push-buttons, are inspired by work wear as well as rural sports like hunting and horse riding. Soft silhouettes are created through layers of plain cotton, voluminous knit, tweed and leather with an added wash affect giving a soft touch and a worn in look.
