“I design what I want to wear and what I think is beautiful and important. This makes my pieces much less complex (I avoid zippers, buttons, etc. wherever I can), more basic (they can be combined in many different ways to completely change their ¨look¨) and exceptionally comfortable (you can move around freely in all my pieces, elastic bands and knots are fundamental elements in all my collections). All my pieces are hand sewn and my focus is not on machine-straight-hemlines but on what makes one piece different and unique.” — Julia Breiter
