I am finding that having the time to explore the world of the big, wide web has become something of a distant pipe dream for me as of late. However, I was recently introduced to this; The Line. I have to admit, my body was physically shaking with excitement (it does that sometimes) when I initially landed on its home page. In between meetings I tried to devour as many of the visuals and stories as I could fit in, resulting in a fast obsession with everything The Line has on offer. The layout and content, the considered styling and intelligent approach to fashion stories, their admirable editing skills (gotta love a girl who knows how to edit), and their seamless concept – hands down the highest quality curation of online-magazine-and-online-store format that I’ve seen in a while. Agreed?
Further investigation tells me it’s owned by the woman with the sharpest of eyes, Vanessa Traina. Of course! …Some girls, eh?

“Transposed from cotton to silk georgette, the white tee gains a refinement that is revealed slowly, over several glances, putting the focus on the woman who wears it.”
