Ohh.. blood pressure suffers me too much!! But now I controlled mostly. I did moderate exercise 3-4 times a week and I ate healthy but was not overly watching my diet…by the way I had my blood pressure checked a few weeks ago it was 100/60 ….that was after a 4 day hike on the West Coast Trail and eating high fiber instant food. @MELISA 🙂
