Sophomore designer Chrissie Miller headed up to Montauk last weekend to celebrate her pop-up store inside Cynthis Rowley’s store up there. Located in a small shed behind Rowley’s main store, Miller spruced up the shack with decorator Rafael de Cardenas, who added “weird paintings of Mick Jagger,” papered the wall with lookbooks, and put up an American flag. The party consisted of co-host and fellow Sophomore designer Madeleine von Froomer (formerly of Proenza Schouler), Jen Brill, The Misshapes, Cynthia Rowley herself and her husband and gallerist Bill Powers.
