Rodarte have a powerful knack at making visual entities to compliment their collections. Here is another stunning short film to support their four, one-off garments designed in homage to Hong Kong actress Maggie Cheung. At the launch for their latest venture in Hong Kong the one-off pieces were auctioned off to benefit UNICEF. The Mulleavys sisters created this short film with Hong Kong-based photographer Wing Shya to spotlight the collection, each inspired by four great performances of Cheung’s: from In the Mood for Love, Hero, Clean, and The Heroic Trio.
