Last season Richard Chai debuted his contemporary line LOVE on the runway, this season he’s brought the collection back for a second round with a grungy, layered aesthetic but without the grime. Displaying models wearing Timberland Boot Company’s Marge Lace Up boots and Lucille Canvas Leather Lace Up boots the collection was a perfect mixture of punk, feminine and comfort. Long wool skirts, baggy silk shirts, chunky boots and the perfect pair of fingerless gloves. I love the color palette and the play of florals made into men-styled shirts. Everyone’s going chunky with their stocking this season along with accessories like scarves, hats and gloves.
