A veritable one-stop shop when in need of a special gift for a special friend. Its like a Parisian flea market where floral arrangements set the scene presented amid a treasure trove of vintage ceramics that herald from remote regions of Czechoslovakia, Scandinavia and beyond.

If Salvador Dali were alive you’d definitely find him here shooting the breeze with a bunch of hunky staff members. Not just an industrialist ode to art and furniture design, Obsolete is a bona fide refuge where the creme de la creme of L.A mingle. Don’t miss the outdoor Bonsai Garden, a pristine sanctuary where +100-year old trees sit pretty alongside animal sculptures and terra-cotta busts.

6. Franklin Canyon
Situated a stone’s throw from Beverly Hills, this is one of those rare locations that seemingly exist in the middle of the hustle and bustle and yet remain one of the cities most well-kept secrets. Its the polar opposite of Runyon Canyon (under the radar celebs only around here and no cell phone reception = no selfies), plus the breathtaking views from the canyons guarantee a natural high.
