A selection of images taken in and around the Himachal Pradesh, India by Anastasia Nenarokova. “We stayed in Old Manali for three weeks, going on hikes following the routes taken by locals, which traversed through apple orchards (introduced during the British rule), local gardens full of pumpkins and marigolds and forests of Deodar trees. The light falls so differently over in India, especially the closer you get to the Himalayas.”
