Gilt Taste is an online market that gives its members direct access to artisanal products and ingredients, many of which have only been available to professional chefs until now. In addition to sales, the site functions as an interactive magazine, with original recipes and content from chefs, photographers, filmmakers and tastemakers.
A few weeks ago the site launched, sharing the first of five videos, featuring a soft boiled egg with wild mushrooms and Jamon Iberico, and Hama Hama blue pool oysters with pickled mustard seeds and charred scallions. They love food, and they say one of their favorite things about food is sharing it.
