The Rolling Stone who died infamously in a swimming pool was the reason the show was viewed around a lavishly decorated pool set in Miami last night. In a collection dominated by sleek black trouser suits, pleated shorts and metallic blazers, Lagerfeld evoked a sophisticated Sixties siren with just the right amount of rock chick sass.
A sumptous feather trimmed dress, perfect for cocktails on the terrace, took the audience straight back to the swingin’ era of karls hey! days…..? right? “I don’t remember the Sixties,” he told WWD with his signature candidness. “I was there, but I don’t remember.”
