As they near the ninth anniversary of the first store they opened in Japan back in 1999 Chrome Hearts owners/designers Richard and Laurie Lynn Stark aren’t just throwing a birthday bash; they’ve also renovated and expanded their Tokyo flagship from its original 2,000-square foot size to a new, two-story 7,000-square foot flagship in the Aoyama shopping district!.. making it the largest Chrome Hearts store in the world. “We were very eager to explore each and every extension of the brand and house it in one space,” Richard Stark told Vogue.UK. So along with their signature heavy metal jewellery, wallet chains, biker jackets, and sunglasses you’ll also find furniture, barbeque tongs, chopsticks, toothpaste caps, paperweights, tape dispensers, and jumper cables all displayed in the store’s full-use kitchen, bedroom, dining and living rooms, which have been decorated with the same hand-built Chrome Hearts furnishings, Baccarat chandeliers and warm ebony wood cabinetry found in the Stark’s own California abode. Their chrome is your home!!
