Always showing a small collection for the ladies, Scott Sternberg delivers a preppy but colorful Boy by Band of Outsiders 2010 Fall collection which was shown in a room portraying the snow-covered Manhattan suburbs. Writer Joan Didion was his muse for the paisley print blouses and dresses. He developed that print, by the way, by manipulating Polaroid images of silk ties. Features from the American classic’s that have been given their Sternberg twist are huge chunky knit scarves, corduroy pants, pea coats, spiked-soled shoes, fur lined leather jackets and the hooded trench coat which is very nice.
