We spent our summer holidays right at the top of the North island of New Zealand this summer at Spirits Bay. And boy, did it have some spirit. It was paradise; the crystal blue water, squeaky white sand, horses grazing on the mountain tops, huge rock formations (which gave us some much needed natural shade during the afternoon), $6 a night doc-camping, we got to witness the Pacific ocean meet the Tasman Sea, had adventures in the sand dunes at dusk, treated to all-day surf and because the bay was north facing we got both a sunrise and a sunset, everyday. Bliss.
I just picked up my film images from my holiday and thought it would be nice to share them. So for Friday Feels Like on AnyOneGirl today, here is a look at the sacred land of the beautiful Spirits Bay and it’s surrounding coastline. xx
